Being a plus size often come with having low self esteem. And low self esteem always lead to more weight because you just want to go to work,come back and cry to chocolates about your weight "problem". These few things should help you boost your self esteem if you've let it leave you.
SELF LOVE: Loving yourself despite the fact that you cannot eat eat your favourite chocolate as often as you'd want to or eat your best meal as much as you want to. Even though you cannot walk into a boutique and just pick a dress. If you cannot love yourself for who you are..don't expect anyone to.
POSITIVITY: You may not believe it but positivity is not about religion..you may call it Faith,it's okay. If you stay positive,a lot of positive things will come to you. You don't know if you'll get that promotion but you see it coming.
DON'T COMPARE: Before comparing please just imagine we all in the world had the same body type..same face..don't you think it'll be boring?? It pisses me off when I see plus size ladies compare themselves to skinny girls..our lives and future are as different as our body sizes and faces.
LIVE FOR YOURSELF: Living for yourself doesn't necessarily mean being lonely and alone at all times. Be confident enough to listen to peoples opinions of 'how to lose weight' and shove them off as they drop their opinions.Self esteem to me Is all about confidence..once you are confident,nothing can get to you.

Plus T.G.I.F
Hey Lisa,I'm having a party this night and its going to be awesome,I thought since we are neighbours you might want to come".
"Oh no..Britney,I already have plans for the evening,I would have loved to attend but thanks so much for the invitation".
What are the plans??sitting at home to salad? Or looking at models and wishing? Yup,great plans..doesn't work for me though.
I know you turned down that invitation because you don't think what you have in your wardrobe will serve.
It's a next door party hon,not some show.Now let me help,as always.
1)look through your wardrobe first before you conclude you have nothing to wear.When you do so and you are still convinced there is suitable to put on. Then go shopping..mind you it's not "shopping shopping" you are just going to find the suitable dress.
2)Look for something simple but gorgeous..I'm a black dress freak,you might want to try it out too. Don't go for sophisticated since it's a next door party.
3)No heels please..a pair of sandals will always look beautiful,yet casual and so very comfortable.
4) A simple purse will definitely make you not look over dressed but you still have your sassy look.
5) Please keep the make up light..I'm the type of girl that'll go to a next door party with just mascara and lip gloss.
6)Walk in and don't feel like every one is looking at you. For the love of food every one is there to have fun and not stare at you.
7)Have fun and leave at the appropriate time and don't leave earlier than usual.

How to overcome stress.
If you let stress become a part of you,it can end up destroying you. Health without wealth is a hopeful situation but wealth without health is a hopeless one.You keep running around at work and once you get back home you still want to continue working on things you couldn't finish. That I think is more dangerous than jumping off a skyscraper. Just saying. I have a few tips that could help you overcome stress.
1)Take a walk: taking a walk round the neighbourhood distracts you from your computer and files. Take a walk, let fresh air enter your lungs to revive them. It might surprise you that after a brief walk,you'll finally find the best words for that presentation.
2)Do what you like: I have this friend that loves tennis so much but he works from Monday to Saturday round the clock,few days ago,a lady asked him what his hobbies are and he dared to say playing lawn tennis. In my mind I was like "yeah,like you've played it in months". Don't let go of your hobbies unless you have new hobbies which includes working till you pass out and thinking till your brain melts. 30 minutes of your whole 24 hours is enough for rejuvenation.
3)Sleep:Sleeping for me is a must do,I don't care how busy and tight my schedule is,I must take a nap once I feel I can't continue working. Some people come out with the excuse that once they start sleeping you need a trumpet to wake them up. That's really not an excuse. Sleep you must,if you really want to achieve that task.
4)Spa:That word is one of the the things i love about weekends. Spa is not only for skinny girls and yes no matter how much fat you think is in your body,your muscles can be located. Nothing beats a good massage on a Saturday.
The list comprises of my own ways to battle stress. Use whatever method you prefer but keep yourself refreshed. You really dont need all that stress and workaholic attitude to prove yourself.

Plus size breakups
I tried not to believe my eyes but it was just not working because it was all too clear. Yes,that was my boyfriend over there and who was the skinny girl whose waist he seemed to hold on tight to like his life support?I had no idea.
I felt following them was immature but curiosity got the better part of me. I followed them quietly like a shadow into the hotel and waited for them to check in before I continued my mission. He started kissing her even before he opened the door and at that moment I felt like the green arrow missed a target and it shot straight to the middle of my heart. I couldn't believe he was the same guy that talks to me about family and marriage. I gathered courage anyway and knocked,he hesitated before opening the door and when he did,I was waiting for surprise,shock or even regret to show on his face but I saw something that looked like gladness instead. I was heartbroken, couldn't even make a sound,with a teary eye I just kept on staring.
Then his girlfriend came out and made the statement I could destroy the world for.."Who is this fatty?" I was wishing and hoping you wouldn't say a word or mabye tell me its not what I think or something else. But he did make a statement and in his words exactly "the burden I told you about". I couldn't stay a second longer,I stormed out of the place and practically hopped into a speeding taxi. I couldn't go to the house I shared with him because it wouldn't feel like home. I went to a friend's place and it took me sometime to get myself together. The mistake I made was to think about their words even for a day. I didn't let their words break me because their words didn't make me. It didn't stop me from loving myself,I even cherished my body more. My mum told me that being happy is the only revenge worth it. I made Meghan Trainors all about the bass my best song and Tess Hollidays story was something I read say and night.
As a plus size,the worst thing you can do to yourself is to believe people's words and opinions about you. If your man breaks up with you because of your size then he has never loved you. Don't hate yourself because of it just thank him and move on. Don't lock yourself up and cry about not being skinny. He didn't break up because of your size,he simply is a jerk who doesn't know the value of thick curvy girls.

What to wear to the mall as a plus size
Going to the mall for window shopping or actual shopping could be a very hectic exercise for some plus size ladies. They have their bath only to sit at the corner of their bed to deliberate on going back or just staying home.
Let me suggest a few things to wear to the mall so you don't have any excuse to stay back at home.
1)LOOSE PANTS: I don't know about you put I know for sure that putting leggings on could as well be the most stressful thing I would have to do any day I decide to finally wear one. The whole pulling and stretching could be very discouraging and so damn annoying you end up tossing yourself on your bed and that's it for the day,no more shopping. I would advice you go for loose but smart pants because it is very easy to put on and of course comfortable since you would be doing alot walking at the mall. Wearing loose pants will not make your size too obvious and wikk definitely not draw unnecessary attention to you. The most important point,you wouldn't have to squeeze into your pant.
2)WEAR SANDALS: A Very good pair of leather sandals could be your best companion on that trip to the mall. It is more comfortable to wear sandals around as the thick leather soles will serve as shock absorbers and you would not stop at intervals to let the pains on your toes ease away. A nice pair of loafers could do as much good too.
3)WEAR CLOTHES THAT ARE NOT TOO BRIGHT: Looking like a living rainbow is surely not the best way to tell people you know about fashion too. Remember what it took you to come to the mall instead of eating the packet of chocolate at home. Wear clothes that don't have bright colours and if you must wear that orange top,look for a black trouser to go with it. You came for shopping not carnival.
4)A LITTLE MAKE-UP: You dont want to show up at the mall looking like a mourning lady. Gathering that whole courage at home only to get to the mall to suddenly feel low could be more annoying than trying to fit into a size 6 yoga pant. Don't doll yourself up,just a little powder,mascara and lipstick. Look pretty.
Live your life because it is all that really matter. Other people's opinions don't even count and don't do it if you don't want to. Sometimes stepping out of your comfort zone can make a very big and unexpected change in your life.

How to overcome plus size trauma
Being slim or trimmed is not same as being beautiful. They are two very different things.
Being obese and being fat are not the same too. A lot of ladies today think it's all about size,so many even think once you are not slim,fashion is not for you. All these are just ideas that are straight out of nowhere but imaginations. Being a plus size teenager or youth doesn't mean you are cursed. You have to love yourself and appreciate God's work in you. Yes,continue your workouts but don't kill yourself or devout all your time to it. Being slim cannot put food on your table and definitely will not make your bank account fat.
There are other things to do than spend 15hours in a gym. You could spend more time doing things that make you happy.
You could go for a walk.
Call the girls for gists.
Read a novel.
Think of ways to keep your mind on your set goals.
Being a plus size doesn't kill. Obesity does.
Most clothes that have small and medium sizes have Xl too.
If that clothe you saw at the boutique doesn't have your size then forget it look for another.
Dress smart and classy. DON'T wear tight clothes,you don't want people giving you that what-is-she-wearing at the mall which makes you think twice.
Discover life..live it..be happy.
No matter your size,that guy that will love everything about you will come your way. It's all about time.
